Day 01 – The Senior High Lasallian Sports Fest 2019 (Intramurals 2019) officially light its torch to give way for the annual showcase of dedication, passion, and sportsmanship.
Early Morning
Registration for the student body of the Senior High School students (which is dissected into various teams) were mandated as exactly 7:00 AM until 8:00 AM. However, most of the teams showed up as early as possible from different areas or locations inside the premises of De La Salle University – Dasmarinas, majority wherein the bleachers of Grandstand. Teams were having their final rehearsals for the participants of the upcoming 1st ever Bench Cheering Competition. Despite the sun rising above the darkest skies, blazing heat through every pores of the skin, these teams showed compassion and dedication in winning the competition which was proclaimed as the highest gaining point for who will get the championship out of all the sports event.
Opening Ceremony
At exactly 7:00 AM, registration occurred in the receiving area of the Ugnayang La Salle (ULS). By 8:30 AM, the event started with the proclamation of the Philippine National Anthem, Lasallian Alma Mater Hymn, opening prayer, oath taking for sportsmanship, and light-torching.
The 1st Ever Bench Cheering Competition 2019
After the occurrence of these event, the 1st ever Bench Cheering Competition were held. Crowds from different sections went wild – both participants and audiences. All teams compete with a noticeable passion to compete in both of their eyes and behavior. During the awarding ceremony, the Red Spartans and Black Bandits were hailed as 2nd and 1st runner up. It was the Yellow Crashing Titans who made it into history for being the first ever winner of the 1st Bench Cheering Competition.
Mr & Ms Intrams 2019
Followed by the Bench Cheering Competition were the Mr & Ms Intrams 2019. Candidates for Mr & Ms Intrams presented their wit and talent when they finally took off the stage on their own spotlight. Introduction of the candidates, stage presentation of various attire, and question & answer portion were held to test the candidates as a qualifier for the entitlement. Hence, the Black Bandits stood out and were hailed as the official Mr & Ms Intrams 2019.
Cheerdance Competition 2019
Succeeding the Mr & Ms Intrams 2019 were the Cheerdance Competition 2019. The crowd went more wild as they cheer for their favorite contestants. All contestants portrayed various nerve-wrecking stunts projecting security for their winning spot. The event spiced up the day that it sparked excitement inside the Ugnayang La Salle (ULS). In the end, the Green Assassins and the Black Bandits were declard as the 2nd and 1st runner up. On the other hand, it was the White Wolves who took home the trophy for championship as they astounded the judges’ adrenaline.
Lunch Break and Afternoon Sports Event
Lunch break were then followed after the Cheerdance Competition. The Ugnayang La Salle were being prepared for the upcoming sports event in the afternoon. The start of the 1st game of most sports pioneered. Winners for Day 1 will compete each other for Day 2, as well as the team who lose will compete other teams who lose as well.
Heads up for the basketball girls division and volleyball boys division, the Blue Fighting Marines were hailed as the Game 1 champions.

INTRAMURALS 2019
